Getting the car to you
Collection from the workshop in Hollywood is free and always available. If the car has to travel, it goes on a licensed carrier and the buyer pays that carrier directly.

| 03 | Coast to coast | 7–14 days | Open carrier, enclosed on request | Enclosed transport is quoted separately and adds roughly a third. It is worth it on a low-mileage car. |
| 04 | Non-running or uncharged pack | Quoted per car | Flatbed with a high-voltage tow permit | A car with an insulation fault or a flat pack travels on a flatbed only. We will name the operator. |
Five columns do not fit a phone — drag the table sideways for the method and notes.
Windows are working figures for a normal week and are not a promise. Weather, port delays and a full transporter all move a collection date; the carrier's written quote is the date that counts.
What the buyer arranges
Four points before the car moves
| Deposit | A deposit holds the car for an agreed period and is returned in full if we cannot deliver it as described. |

| Balance | Funds must clear before the car is released to a carrier, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. |
| Insurance | The carrier insures the car from loading to delivery. Ask for the certificate before the car is collected. |
| Inspection at delivery | Walk around the car with the driver and note anything on the carrier paperwork before you sign. |
What the workshop does
Four things that travel with the car
| Condition record | Photographs and the measured battery state of health are taken on the day the car leaves. |

| Paperwork | Title, bill of sale and odometer statement travel with the car, in the car. |
| Charging | The car leaves charged to roughly 60 %, which is the best state for a long journey in a transporter. |
| Keys | Both keys travel with the driver, logged in and out on the sheet. |
Collecting in person
Appointment, plate, proof of insurance
Bring a driving licence, proof of insurance for the car and the balance in cleared funds. We will walk the car with you, read the sheet out loud if you want it, and hand over both keys.
